Helping musicians perform with confidence — and educators teach with clarity.
I’m a saxophonist, educator, and clinician specializing in performance psychology and practical pedagogy for musicians and music educators.
I didn’t set out to become a clinician.

I became one because I kept seeing the same gaps — talented musicians struggling to perform consistently, and dedicated educators expected to teach instruments they were never fully trained to teach.

Whether it was performance anxiety, inefficient practice, or unclear language around fundamentals, the issue wasn’t effort. It was information — and how it was being delivered.

My work bridges that gap with clear, practical tools grounded in both experience and research, designed to transfer immediately into practice rooms, rehearsals, and performances.

What makes my work different
-
I translate neuroscience-based performance psychology into tools musicians can actually use

-
I specialize in beginner and intermediate saxophone pedagogy — especially for non-saxophonist educators

-
I focus on transfer: practice strategies that hold up in performance

-
Every session is designed to be immediately usable, not theoretical
Outside of teaching and performing, I care deeply about redefining what sustainable musicianship looks like — one built on clarity, confidence, and long-term growth rather than burnout.
If you're looking for a clinician who combines clarity, depth, and practical application, I’d love to talk about your program.
