Teaching
I believe students are capable of more than they think, and my job is to give them the tools to prove it.
I teach with high expectations, clear feedback, and a lot of humanity. My goal isn’t to create students who need me to solve every problem; it’s to develop thoughtful, independent musicians who know how to listen deeply, practice intelligently, take risks, and do excellent work they’re proud of.
